KP Divine Realty (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains in plain language what information we collect through this website, why, who else sees it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — name, email, phone and a password (stored only as a one-way hash) if you register.
- Enquiries and contact forms — your name, phone, email, message and the property you asked about.
- Property listings — the details and photos you submit when you list a property.
- Live chat — the messages you send, and the name and phone number if you choose to enter them, plus the page you were on when you started chatting.
- Saved properties and comparisons — the properties you save while logged in.
Information collected automatically while you browse
- Live visit information — the page you are viewing, the type of device (mobile or desktop), the website or app you came from (for example Instagram or Google), how long you have been on the site, and your approximate location (city, state and country). This lets our team see that the site is active and respond to chats.
- Technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as browser type and request time).
3. Your IP address and location
- We do not store your IP address.
- To work out your approximate place, your IP address is checked, on our own server, against a location database (the free “IP to City Lite” database by DB-IP). It is not sent to any outside service. We save only the place name (city, state, country) — not the IP address.
- The location is approximate (usually the right city, but it can be wrong, especially on mobile data or a VPN). It is not your address and cannot identify your home.
- For security we keep a short one-way code derived from your connection. It cannot be turned back into an IP address, and it changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you over time. It is used only to limit spam and abuse.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a single session cookie. It is necessary for the site to work: it keeps you logged in, protects forms against forgery, and keeps your chat conversation together if you refresh the page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
Some page elements load from other providers — for example fonts from Google Fonts and some pictures from Unsplash. When your browser requests them, those providers can see your IP address under their own privacy policies.
5. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiries and chat messages and arrange property visits.
- To show you and save the properties you are interested in, and to publish listings you submit.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how many people are using the site and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Who we share it with
- Our team and, for property enquiries, the agent or owner of that property, so they can contact you.
- Telegram — if enabled, your chat messages (and name and phone if you gave them) are forwarded to our team’s Telegram account so we can reply quickly.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store the website and its database.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
- Live visit records (page, device, source, approximate location): automatically deleted after 2 days.
- Chat conversations, enquiries and contact messages: kept for as long as needed to help you and follow up, and deleted on request.
- Account details: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent, and you can raise a complaint with us. Email connect@kpdivinerealty.com and tell us which chat, enquiry or account it relates to; we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We use access controls, hashed passwords, protection against form forgery and limits on abusive requests. No website can be completely secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive information (such as bank or identity numbers) in chat or enquiry messages.
10. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
